January 19th, 2014 - Winter Extreme Resumes for Jordan Yaggy
1After missing Wednesday's program due to having to return home for school Jordan ventured back to the desert on Friday night, where he competed in the fourth round of the 2nd Annual Winter Extreme at Tucson International Raceway (Tucson, Arizona).

The $3,000-to-win event drew a field of 56 Super Late Models to the 3/8 mile oval, and Jordan started his night by qualifying 2nd fastest in his group to earn the 2nd starting spot for his heat race. Yaggy went on to finish 2nd in his heat race to lock into the 10th starting spot for the 30 lap finale. In the feature Jordan enjoyed a strong outing as he raced in the top ten for much of the feature before crossing the finish line in the 11th position.

On the heels of Friday night's strong performance Yaggy returned on Saturday afternoon to compete in a $5,000-to-win event. Unfortunately his outing wouldn't be as good as heat race and b-main action found him falling short of qualifying for the feature as his night came to an early end.

The miniseries drew to a close on Sunday afternoon with a $10,000-to-win event that attracted a field of 52 competitors. While heat race action saw Shaggy falling short of earning a starting spot in the feature, he would finish 2nd in his b-main to lock into the 24th starting spot for the 50 lap finale. In the feature passing would be difficult but Yaggy still managed to advance nine spots to a 15th place finish.

January 12th, 2014 - Jordan Yaggy Opens 2014 Season in Tucson
1Jordan Yaggy opened his 2014 campaign in his #77 Arnie Ranta Motorsports/Rocket/Pro Power Racing Engine Super Late Model on Saturday night at Tucson International Raceway (Tucson, Arizona) with the opening round of the 2nd Annual Winter Extreme.

A talented field of fifty-seven entries registered for action in the National Dirt Racing League event at the 3/8 mile oval, and via time trials he earned the 3rd starting spot for his heat race. Yaggy battled the handle to a 5th place finish in his heat, which relegated him to a b-main. In the b-main he was only able to manage a 6th place finish as his night came to an early end.

The team hoped for better luck in Sunday's $5,000-to-win program. Unfortunately mechanical issues in time trials forced Jordan to scratch from the balance of the program.
