July 18th, 2014 - Jordan Yaggy Back in Action with WoO in Wild West Tour
1After several weeks away from the track due to medical issues, Jordan Yaggy returned to the seat of his #77 Arnie Ranta Motorsports/Rocket/Pro Power Racing Engine Super Late Model on Thursday night at Hibbing Raceway (Hibbing, Minnesota). A stout field of forty-three Super Late Models registered for the $10,000-to-win event, which was sanctioned by the World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Model Series. In preliminary action Yaggy blazed to fast time honors during qualifications with a 13.043 seconds lap. He went on to win his heat race, earning him a spot in the redraw for the 50 lap finale. After receiving the seventh starting spot for the feature, Jordan battle the setup on his entry and ultimately retired to a 21st place finish in the final rundown.

On Saturday night action shifted to Deer Creek Speedway (Spring Valley, Minnesota) for the annual Gopher 50. Unfortunately Saturday's program was pushed back to Sunday evening after being nixed by rain. Thirty-one entries filled the pit are at the 3/8 mile oval, and fourth place finish in his heat race would earn Jordan the twelfth starting spot for the $10,000-to-win finale. Yaggy missed the eight-minute call for the 50 lap feature, sending him to the tail of the field. He advanced a few spots early on before ultimately retiring with overheating issues to a 22nd place finish.

Action resumed on Tuesday night at Brown County Speedway (Aberdeen, South Dakota) for another $10,000-to-win program with the WoO Super Late Models. Twenty-seven entries registered for battle, and after qualifying sixth overall during time trials Jordan went on to finish fourth in his heat race. As a result he would start twelfth in the 50 lap finale and battle around mid-pack for much of the event before settling to a fifteenth place finish in the final rundown.

The Wild West Tour with the WoO Super Late Models continued on Friday night at River Cities Speedway (Grand Forks, North Dakota). Thirty-two entries filled the pit area at the oval, and heat race action saw Jordan finish one spot short of locking into the $10,000-to-win feature, forcing him to run a b-main. A second place finish in the b-main earned Yaggy the 20th starting spot on the grid for the 50 lap feature. In the main event he retired with mechanical issues on lap 25 to a 20th place finish.
